About

Warmduscher is a London-based band renowned for their eclectic fusion of garage rock, post-punk, funk, and electronic music. Their sound is characterized by gritty guitar riffs, pulsating rhythms, and a penchant for blending sleazy rock 'n' roll with danceable grooves. Over the years, they've evolved from raw, improvised sessions to more polished productions, incorporating elements of disco and funk, especially evident in their later albums like At the Hotspot (2022) and Too Cold to Hold (2024)

Formed spontaneously on New Year's Eve in 2014, Warmduscher emerged from the vibrant South London music scene, initially comprising members from bands like Fat White Family and Paranoid London. The lineup solidified with Clams Baker Jr. (vocals), Adam J. Harmer (guitar), Benjamin Romans-Hopcraft (bass), Quinn Whalley (electronics), Marley Mackey (multi-instrumentalist), and Bleu Ottis (drums) . Their debut album, Khaki Tears (2015), showcased their raw energy and improvisational style. Subsequent releases, including Whale City (2018) and Tainted Lunch (2019), the latter featuring collaborations with Iggy Pop and Kool Keith, cemented their reputation for boundary-pushing music . Known for their raucous live performances and genre-defying sound, Warmduscher continues to be a dynamic force in the UK's alternative music landscape.
