Opul is a Canadian DJ and producer based in Manchester. After getting his start in Montreal clubs and warehouses with his Comm.union collective, he later moved to Chengdu, China where he DJ’ed in various clubs around the country. Recently relocated to Manchester, his first label released EP ‘Daji’ came out on Archipel Musique last year. His DJ sets have evolved over the years, from harsher strains of techno, to rolling, percussive minimal, to a recent infatuation with UK hybrid genres.
