Kassie Krut is a New York-based experimental pop trio comprising Kasra Kurt, Eve Alpert, and Matt Anderegg. Emerging from the dissolution of the Philadelphia math-rock band Palm in 2023, the group channels their experience into a bold new sonic direction.​

Initially conceived as a solo project by Kasra Kurt, Kassie Krut evolved into a collaborative endeavor with Alpert and Anderegg. Their music blends industrial textures with pop sensibilities, drawing inspiration from UK genres like grime and dubstep. The trio's minimalist approach emphasizes repetition and texture, creating a sound that is both visceral and danceable.
