Fatima Yamaha is the electronic music alias of Dutch producer Bas Bron, renowned for his distinctive blend of synth-driven house, electro, and funk. His music is characterized by retro-futuristic synth melodies, playful rhythms, and emotionally resonant grooves.​

The project gained significant attention with the 2004 release of the track "What's A Girl To Do", which became a cult favorite in clubs worldwide. Initially shrouded in mystery, the true identity behind Fatima Yamaha was revealed during a live set at Dekmantel Festival in 2015, confirming Bas Bron as the artist.​

Following this revelation, Bron released the album Imaginary Lines in 2015, further establishing his signature sound. In 2020, he released Spontaneous Order, an album that expanded his musical palette with elements reminiscent of Daft Punk's synth work, tight funk beats, and heavily processed vocals.​

Fatima Yamaha's live performances are celebrated for their energy and musicality, featuring refined house complemented by virtuoso synths. He continues to be a prominent figure in the electronic music scene, performing at major festivals and venues worldwide.
